Refund Policy

Digital downloads are final sale. Once a file has been delivered it cannot be returned, and a refund would leave you holding the product.

Before you buy

Every product page carries the full description, the triangle count, the stored bounds, the download size and an interactive 3D preview of the actual model. Spin it, zoom in, and check the detail is what you need. That preview exists so nobody has to buy on faith.

When a refund is given anyway

If the file is faulty, will not open, is not the model shown on the listing, or you were charged twice for the same item, write to eric.hoffman@live.ca with your order number and what went wrong. That will be put right, by refund where a fix is not possible.

What is not a fault

A carve that did not come out as hoped is not a fault in the file. Results depend on your machine, material, cutter, feeds, speeds, scaling and finishing, none of which are within our control. Buying the wrong model by mistake, or lacking software to open an STL, is likewise not a fault - though it is still worth writing, because there is usually something that can be done.
